We work with your furniture and accessories as much as possible – as we are experts at reuse, rearranging and depersonalizing to emphasize your home's assets. Only when necessary, do we suggest purchases or to bring in our own accessories to ensure that your home makes a positive first impression to buyers. Cost for this service is based on types and number of rooms to be staged. If we have to use our accessories to stage your property a small monthly rental fee will apply. However, more often then not the home owner has all the accessories we need to set the stage and highlight the assets of the home. This is an affordable home staging service if you do not want the extra cost of renting furniture. We utilize small visual enhancement to create a tangible scene memorable to potential buyers. This is also a great service for Property Managers and Corporate Apartment Rental Companies. By using minimal or no furniture and using accessories to set a purpose to a room. This service allows home buyers to visualize how a room can be utilized instead of “guessing”.

Our specialty is transforming vacant homes from cold and boring to warm and inviting! We stage your home with rental furniture and accessories to make your home more visually attractive. Most potential home buyers cannot envision the potential of furniture layout in an empty room. By highlighting a property’s assets prospective buyers can envision how their furniture and accessories will work in a room. Prices start at the initial $50 consultation and go up based on size of home and amount of furniture used. Our set fees include an in-depth consultation, 3 months minimum furniture rental, hands on staging, 3 months accessory rental, and overseeing the delivery/pickup of furniture.
